A panic attack can be a physical manifestation directly caused by way of what you intake; food and drinks. A key factor to successful mind control is also a healthy body. You may not be able to blame it all on your mind this time.
Panic attacks are sudden and so frightening that it can seem so real so as to cause crippling effects.
There are many mental triggers that may cause a panic attack: physical stress, mental stress and emotional stress, etc. But, there are also physical factors as well: medication, foods and drinks, etc.
One, cause of panic attacks may be associated with what is contained in the foods and drinks that you intake and can be the easiest factor of all to control.
By removing certain ingredients (or minimizing it) from your diet, you can lessen, or even eliminate, the chances of future panic attacks.
The amount of foods that contain high levels of sugars should be controlled:
- Pastries and desserts
- Fruits, etc.
Starchy foods that turn into sugars should be regulated also:
- White Breads
- White Rice, etc.
It is best to avoid, or at least cut back on, stimulants as those found commonly in drinks such as:
- Coffee
- Tea
- Sodas
- Energy drinks, etc.
Even if you don’t stop your panic attack inducing eating habits all together, just by being consciously aware that you are ingesting foods that may bring about a panic attack, you can at least be prepared for its potential onset.
